Selam Refika, I came across your channel, whilst wanting to create my mums dishes. I have been living in Mexico for 4 years, and the food here is great. But I miss my mums food. I made Dolma today, for my friends, through your recipe and they loved it. I cant find any salca here :( or biber salca..... or nar eskisi... but i will continue to searh (I live in a very small, beach town).... I love your channel as I'm recreating the foods I grew up with and your substitutes and explanations are great... My question is, are the stones necessary, I only have a tray, will it still have the same results without the stone? Are they tiles? These stones? Wondering how I can substitute the flat stones?
